| Account Opening Guide
To open a securities trading account with us, please come to our office at 11/F, CMA Building, 64-66 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong, sign the account opening form with identification proof.
All account opening procedures are free of charge.
Personal Cash Account Opening Documents Include:

Certified Copy of Client's HKID Card/Passport
- Certified Copy of Evidence of Business/Home Address within 3 months
(e.g. utilities bills, bank statements, rental receipts, etc)

Bank Account Passbook or Monthly Statements (with client's name and account number)
Corporate Cash Account Opening Documents include:
- Certified Copy of Board Resolution of Account Opening
- Certified Copy of HKID Cards/Passport for ALL Directors
- Certified Copy of Business Registration Certificate
- Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Certified Copy of Latest Statutory Records filed with Company Registry (Form AR1)
- Certified Copy of Latest Audited Financial Statements
